Daily program

→ 7 days of training:

  • Morning workout (~30 min.)

  • General workout, strength training, relay racing (~90 min.)

  • Aikido techniques(~60 min.)

  • Foam bokken fighting (~60 min.)

  • Coach: Evgenia Tolstokorova

  • Open space: lawn and sandy beach.

→ 3 days of rest/ 2 excursions
